I work individually, implementing Play Therapy, adolescent and adult psychotherapy. My treatment is guided by several theoretical models to better assist the uniqueness of an individual struggling with emotions, thoughts and behavioral patterns due to anxiety, depression and interpersonal challenges. My extensive experience has given me applicable knowledge and capability in areas of mental health, crisis management, and those struggling with daily living and life.
Working together, you will learn new coping skills and create achievable goals that will support you in the life changes you are seeking. In my profession as a registered psychotherapist, I do not diagnose, only treat symptoms you are experiencing. I am here to guide you in discovering your own solutions not to tell you how to solve them.
