Specializing in children, teens, young adults, relationships, anxiety, trauma and self-esteem, I practice from a culturally sensitive perspective that sits within an anti-oppressive framework. The theoretical approaches I implement are based on my client’s unique needs and include Strength-Based, Solution-Focused, CBT, Narrative Therapy and Client-Centred.
