My therapeutic strategy is individually tailored and integrative, incorporating elements from various psychotherapeutic interventions and modalities, such as CBT, ACT, IFS, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor dedicated to helping individuals on their path to well-being, with the goal of helping each client thrive socially, emotionally, psychologically, and intellectually. I bring a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and uncovering their inherent and inner strengths. My previous experience providing mental health services to diverse clientele across the province of Alberta has shown me the importance of acknowledging each client’s distinctive journey. Psychotherapy is not always an easy undertaking, and I believe that it should honor both your dignity and humanity.

I lean towards modalities such as Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
Choosing who to see when starting therapy can be one of the most challenging steps. I hope to make this a bit easier by sharing a few things about myself. As a master’s intern I’m in the final year of my Master of Counselling degree. I’m passionate about mental health equity and giving back to the community. I practice from an attachment lens, looking at the relationships that have shaped us into the individuals we are.

I believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic relationship, and bring a non – judgemental, accepting, and empathetic approach. I aim to integrate various therapeutic approaches when supporting clients with their healing and personal growth. I use strategies from Narrative therapy which seeks to empower clients to create their own narratives and work towards achieving the life they want. I also appreciate interventions from Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) which is designed to help you manage difficult emotions with acceptance and self-regulating strategies.

You’re carrying the weight of betrayal—whether you’ve been unfaithful or discovered your partner’s infidelity. The pain feels insurmountable, and moving forward seems harder than expected. If you’re grappling with physical, emotional, financial, or online infidelity, you're likely searching for clarity, healing, and a way to rebuild trust. Your goal? To restore what’s been fractured, to heal, and to decide the next steps—whether that’s together or apart.

I combine this approach with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT) and, where appropriate, clinical hypnotherapy.
Hair pulling and skin picking can be very challenging to manage independently - they are highly complex behaviours. Often these Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviours (BFRBs) result in shame and guilt. They can be isolating and worrisome. You may feel alone, but you are not. I specialize in treating BFRBs. I also regularly work with clients who have anxiety, obsessions and compulsions (OCD), impulsivity, and individuals who lack confidence (work, studies, relationships). As a Clinical Psychologist (22 years), my approach will help you to experience positive change in the short-term, and learn how to sustain this change in the long-term.
