ADHD Online 6 Week Group - Adults
Struggling with organization, planning, and time management? What about emotion regulation? Statistics show a high correlation between ADHD and entrepreneurs. ADHD brains are creative, outside of the box thinkers with big ideas. However, struggles with organization, task prioritization and planning can lead to self doubt and overwhelm. Our 6 week program focuses on building community & connection & developing tactile strategies for work. The group is led by 2 licensed therapists. Space is limited and Registration closes on April 11th. Begins April 16th - Tuesdays from 12-1:30pm - 6 weeks online.
