Over the past 30 years, I have developed and facilitated several programs on Anger management, Domestic Violence, Trauma, and Couple counselling. Drawing from the works of Bessel Van Der Kolk, Gabor Mate, Stephen Porges and others, I work with the clients to better regulate their emotions, increase their personal skills and competency.
