A virtual 15 week DBT-informed group for those who have experienced trauma starting January 2025. This group teaches the DBT skills of Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Distress Tolerance and Emotion Regulation. We incorporate information on trauma responses and added resources and skills drawn from trauma therapies. The cost is $400/5 week module, and $1080 (10% off) for the full 15 week group if paid in advance. Email now to secure a spot. FNHA eligibility. Sliding Scale Spots available
