As a therapist I am influenced by the Virtues Project, www.virtuesproject.com. We are born with all the virtues in potential & may need to balance, so if we are strong in assertiveness we may need to find our gentleness as well. In times of difficulties it is encouraging that we develop our virtues such as resiliency and strength to get through. Through the language of the virtues we strengthen our relationships & confidence. I love the concept that our virtues of patience, kindness and forgiveness need first to be applied to ourselves. For everyone of all ages, couples, parents & teens.
