The Self-Care Club

The Self Care Club is for you if: you find it difficult to carve out the space to care for yourself; taking care of yourself feels uncomfortable and you would like support; taking care of yourself is completely unknown territory and you want to learn how to in a safe space with others. In our time together we will explore different ways of doing some of the things that are nourishing for mind, body, and soul. Some examples of this may include Journaling, Mindfulness, Meditation, Crafting, Movement, Sharing, Connecting, Reading, and Creating art. Link to website for more.
