Spring Art Therapy Workshop
Excited about Spring? I am hosting a one day group workshop involving art, conversation and guided meditation to explore the Four Roots of health and wellness. Learn to balance your energy, goals and values while moving through the spring season. Ages 14+ Hosted at NOVA Psychology - Windermere/SW community (May 3rd 7-8:30pm) and at The Garden Acupuncture and Holistic Centre - Westmount community (May 11th 2-3:30pm).
