Parenting Children with ADHD
Details: Thursday November 18, 8:00pm-9:00pm via Zoom. In this group we will review symptoms of ADHD and strategies you can implement at home to help reduce your child’s symptoms. We will discuss the impact of ADHD on Executive Functions of the brain and how this may impact your child’s behaviours at home and school. Details: Tuesday November 16, 8:00pm-9:00pm via Zoom. In this one-hour online parent group you will gain information about symptoms of anxiety and strategies for supporting your anxious child. We will review evidence-based approaches to helping children overcome their worries and fears including how to respond when your child is panicking, looking for reassurance, or being kept awake by their worries.
