Navigating Times of Uncertainty
Are you anxious or uncertain about the future? This group is designed to equip you with tools and practices to help ground yourself so that you can walk through this year with more clarity and calmness. Led by Roxy Humphrey (BA Psych, MCC in progress). This group is for those that are between jobs, settling into a new city, or experiencing anxiety at the state of the world. The workshop will be held 4 times in April and the fee is by donation. Meet times are Tuesday April 5, April 12, April 19, and April 26th at 6pm - 7:30pm.
