MBSR is an intensive 8-week group program in mindfulness meditation. Sessions include training in meditation, yoga & applying mindfulness to stressful situations in daily life. In over 45 years of research & practice MBSR has demonstrated effectiveness in alleviating symptoms of a wide range of health conditions. Julie completed MBSR certification at the University of Massachusetts starting in 2010, training with Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn. Julie taught MBSR in an outpatient hospital program in Toronto for 7+ years. She is currently in the planning stages for offering an online MBSR group program & would be happy to hear from you.
