Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
The program runs for 8 weeks x 2.5 hrs and includes an all day retreat. The program leaders attended the training program to run MBSR taught by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre. This program is designed after his program and has tremendous health benefits both mentally and physically.

Conquer Your Worries for Adults, Children, Teens
Teaches you real ways to manage your worries. Adults leave the workshop with a workbook of tools. The children's workshop, designed for children aged 8 to 12 years old, will teach children effective tools for talking back to fear and anxiety. The children's group also teaches parents ways to help reduce anxiety and distress in children. In the teen's workshop, teens will be given a toolbox full of helpful strategies to help reduce worries and stress and help them feel more empowered and confident. Most of all, they will have fun doing it.

Introduction to Mindfulness
A gentle introduction to mindfulness for accessing the wisdom, well-being, and wholeness that reside within each of us. Learn how to improve your energy, zest and happiness and reduce anxiety and worry. This experiential and instructional workshop will include a sample of meditations, a brief history of mindfulness, a review of the research and will also provide resources to help you start your own meditation practice and learn how to live a more mindful life
