Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) has been clinically proven to help with stress reduction and to bolster recovery from depression and anxiety while helping to prevent relapse. Clients learn how to make a simple, yet radical shift in their relationship to their thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations that contribute to depressive and anxiety relapse. We will also explore how self-compassion plays an important role in our well-being. Space is limited. Please call early to reserve your spot. We are using an online virtual format via computer. Group runs for 8 weeks.
