This program includes psycho-education, meditations, experiential mindful activities and group discussions. The focus is on the practice of mindfulness and meditation to help individuals better cope with anxiety, depression, stress and to improve interpersonal relationships. During the classes, participants are guided through a variety of meditations practices and encouraged to talk about their experiences. Bringing mindfulness into our daily lives can help us turn negative emotions such as frustration, impatience, and anger allowing us to live a happier, more peaceful, energized, and enthusiastic life. The cost for the 6-week program is $500 *Covered by most insurance plans.
