Boots on the Ground (PTSD Prevention Program)
Boots on the Ground is a ten-week closed group that helps first responders and front line service providers build resilience and resistance to PTSD and other forms of trauma. Participants in this group will learn how to recognize and respond to early signs and symptoms of trauma. The program develops trauma prevention skills and offers trauma inoculation sessions designed to reduce the negative impact of memories and experiences.

This group is ideal for men seeking to develop new relationships, working through challenges in their current relationship or recovering from a fractured relationship. The emphasis will be on developing real tool to build soild, healthy intimate relationships.
