Learn more about how to open up to that space of self-compassion and love, where you are given the opportunity to unravel the voice of the inner critic. Instead, this workshop helps to address the voice of your loving guide – the wise presence that looks out for you and wishes only the best for you. Discovering this voice and encouraging its presence helps to soften the way we view our life, and guide you towards a more positive outlook.

Hosted by Jenny Brown (MA, MTC). STARTS OCT 2024 (Online): Using various art, writing, and proven CBT techniques, this workshop will empower you to explore and re-claim your self-worth. Led by a warm, supportive community and qualified art and CBT therapists. This workshop uses a mixture of proven techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy, expressive arts, journaling, creative writing, workbooks, and a toolkit building for lasting effects.
