We will explore creative healing with children aged 5-10 who identify as neurodivergent. We will use somatic movement, art, music, intuitive dance and other therapies to learn about emotions, healthy relationships, assertiveness, physical movement and their bodies.

Walk In the Woods: Ecotherapy and Forest Bathing
Join us for a mindful walk in the woods and bathe in the healing power of some of our area's most mature forest. This will be a guided hike with a grounding meditation.
