Eating Disorders 101
An informational webinar on eating disorders designed to help inform friends and family members. Information covered in the webinar include types of eating disorders, warning signs, common myths, what to say/not to say, resources, information about the emotional journey of the family, recovery, and how to provide effective support. Offered monthly, virtually through Zoom. Cost is $25 for the first person, $15 for each additional family member. 90 minutes of information, 30 minutes of questions and answers. Biology and the Eating Disorder
This 6 week group focuses on learning the specific impacts of Eating Disorders on body systems (Cardiovascular, Gastrointestinal, Neurological, Urinary, Skin), Electrolytes, Sleep, Stress and Refeeding. Open to individuals struggling with an Eating Disorder, supporting an individual with an Eating Disorder or anyone wanting to learn the biological impacts on the body. Offered virtually for 1.5 hours/session for 6 sessions. Cost is $160.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Group
This 6 week group focuses on learning skills to effectively cope with intense emotions, addictive behaviours and/or struggles with relationships. The group covers the skills of Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness. These skills are used to decrease self-destructive behaviours and learn more adaptive ways to cope with painful emotions. One group is for adults and one is for adolescents. Open to those struggling with Eating Disorder behaviours, addictive behaviours, managing emotions, relationship struggles, experiencing anxiety or depression and individuals with the diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder. Cost: $160.
