Caregiver/Partner Support Group
Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, burned out? Attend this monthly group to mutually share with other participants and learn how to respond to the pressures you face as a caregiver/partner. Each session focuses on themes relevant to caregiving, ie caring for self, accessing resources in the community, coping strategies and addresses the changing relationship. Participants will come away from the group feeling less stressed and feel increased confidence to handle the challenges they face.

Self Compassion Mindfulness
In this 6 week group, you will learn the basics of mindfulness. There will be opportunity for you to share your stressors with other participants and practice mindfulness techniques to learn how to be present with your emotions/thoughts giving you space to settle. A variety of mindfulness strategies/resources will be introduced during the sessions so that you will be equipped to practice independently.
