Jennifer V. Fayard, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Ouachita Baptist University. Her current primary area of research is on person perception, or how accurately we can guess someone else's personality. Specifically, she is interested in what makes us judge someone as having "no personality" or "a lot of personality." She also studies the relationship between personality traits and emotional experience, especially the relationship between conscientiousness and guilt. She teaches courses in personality and social psychology, research methods, psychology of creativity, and the psychology of music.
