Adoree Durayappah-Harrison is a graduate of three masters programs, one in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, another from Harvard University studying Buddhist practices of the cultivation of both body and mind, and the third, an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. She is interested in the academic study of physical and emotional well-being through different traditions as well as different disciplines including positive psychology, religion, philosophy, and behavioral psychology. Her research on happiness has been published in the Journal of Happiness Studies and in The Encyclopedia of Quality of Life and Well-Being (Springer).
