Riddle - Children's Post Separation Group
Children have a challenging time when the people they love the most are no longer living together due to divorce or separation. Riddle supports children to process and understand their changing worlds. Our therapists guide children to understand their feelings, learn strategies to help with strong emotions, learn how to navigate going between two homes and discover strengths they can utilize to comfort and support themselves through this difficult time. The program is run in a small group environment where children can connect with others through group sharing, art, craft and play. Run over 5 x 1.5hr sessions
