Online Mothers Support Group
A safe place to focus on connection and nurturing the mother. A 6-week online support group for mothers with babies aged 0-1 year. This group will focus on emotional support for mothers, and discuss a variety of topics including matrescence, physical and identity shifts, relationship changes, emotional coping, fostering attachment, managing emotional triggers, self-compassion, and finding your parenting confidence amidst of all of the 'noise’.
