We are a small team but dedicated to puzzles and finding ways to help ease the anxiety load. Logic puzzles help people to think logically and critically while having fun along the way. Groups will include individual activities as well as teamwork competitions. You do not need to have any experience whatsoever. We will teach you everything. Zentangling Art Therapy for Stress & Anxiety
Sat, 24 Aug 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm AEST. 2 hour face to face group for adults. Zentangling Art Therapy helps to relax the mind and decrease stress. The group will be facilitated by Helen, a Teacher with experience and knowledge in Zentangling. *All materials will be provided. At the end of the session participants get to keep their work which will be brought together in a collaborative joint piece.

Clinical Supervision Group - Sat 17th August 2024
Tue, 17 Sept 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm AEST. Description 2 hour supervision group facilitated by a Clinical / Professional Supervisor. Designed for anyone working with clients - counsellors, psychologists, mental health workers, case workers, as well as students in these fields.
