Daring Greatly workshop
Daring greatly TM is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr Brene Brown. It guides you towards connection through the practices of courage, vulnerability, compassion, shame, resiliency and wholehearted living. It will provide clarity of values and assist in cultivating a deeper understanding of outgrown stories we tell ourselves and encourage rewriting new healthy stories to live a wholehearted life.

This work will raise your vibration and change you from the inside out. The weekend will conclude with placing goals in your future to manifest the goals you come up with over the weekend.
