Zoe has a special interest in providing non-pathologising clinical psychology care. She is passionate about women's health care and uses a strengths based approach to empower, enrich wisdom and support health and well-being. She views the menstrual cycle as a psychological resource to support self-care and well-being. Her approach is individually tailored to your needs, utilising psycho-education, solution-focused therapy, ACT/mindfulness, narrative practices, CBT and interpersonal process.
Over the past 9 years she has worked as a clinical psychologist in government services, public and private hospitals, primary schools, community health counselling services, rehabilitation services and private practice. Collectively, her experiences highlighted patterns of systemic issues and social/cultural narratives which perpetuated disempowerment.
Zoe wants your experience of clinical psychology to be a collaborative partnership that respects the wisdom of your lived experience. When a therapeutic relationship is collaborative, psychology care can empower, enrich insight and support well-being. She welcomes all enquiries to explore whether the fit may be right for you, so please do reach out.
