Zare's therapy practice is informed by training in evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Therapy approaches and strategies are sculpted to be meaningful and manageable for the client.
