Zac has special interest in problems with emotions (either difficulty containing emotion or difficulty feeling emotion) and self-destructive behaviours (self-harm, addictions, relationship conflict). Zac also has a particular interest in helping people with parenting and relationship strategies.
Zac works collaboratively with clients to develop a way of working that is appropriate and sensitive to their circumstances and goals to help them to improve their lives. This often initially focuses on relief of symptoms and suffering but often extends to considering purpose and meaning.
