We are Queensland based registered telehealth psychologists. Between Shannon and Leah there is a wealth of experience and training in psychological/psychometric assessments, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) intervention, Counselling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Attachment-Based Therapy. We work with all ages and specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, substance use, work-related problems, concerns relating to relationships and criminal justice.
We work with people experiencing multiple and complex needs. We have worked in a variety of settings in Australia and the United Kingdom including custodial centres, not for profit mental health care services, the Department of Justice and Attorney General, Corrective Services and with voluntary early intervention programs through a number of courts.
We want you to feel supported, comfortable, and safe to talk in your own preferred environment. We want to make it easy to access high quality counselling, and valid psychological therapies conveniently from a safe space of your choosing using Telehealth technology.
