Hi, I’m Franco the founder of Your Psychologist. Are you are feeling stuck in a negative cycle in your life, work or relationships? In schema therapy and coaching, I work together with you to address and modify these deeper life patterns.
I help people who have been suffering from ongoing probems in the life - anxiety, depression, addiction, substance abuse. I help couples who have have ongoing relationship issues. I also help people with their career workplace issues. I help you understand the patterns underlying this areas in your life so you can break through what is holding you back.
