I bring a modern, gentle approach to care as a registered psychologist. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients while specialising in stress management, depression, and trauma. I've found that best practice comes from an empathetic, patient approach, with dynamic supports such as Schema Therapy and EMDR. I'm passionate about supporting adults, teens, and their families to feel empowered realising their potential. We can all find ourselves swimming against a current, and greatly benefit from genuine support to reach the shore.
Support is tailored collaboratively from evidence-based approaches including CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, and EMDR. Approaches shown to help. My lifelong curiosity has motivated me to continue building this contemporary skillset from leading therapy perspectives. I endeavor to use curiosity and experience, to go beyond standard care and build meaningful change.
