I am passionate about supporting women in all aspects of life. I specialize in helping those who are healing from sexual assault and abuse, and I also provide support for anxiety, depression, personality disorders, dissociation, and trauma. I seek to work with women who are ready to embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery, as I believe in the transformative power of tailored, compassionate care. Additionally, as a certified yoga instructor and mindfulness teacher, I integrate holistic practices to enhance emotional and physical well-being.
I use a holistic approach, blending techniques such as EMDR, DBR, DBT, somatic experiencing, trauma-informed CBT, ACT, Schema therapy, and IFS to tailor treatments to each client's needs. My approach is non-pathologizing and non-judgmental.
