Hi, my name is Jade! My practice holds strong values around vulnerability, honesty and professionalism in a judgement free environment. I have offices around Sydney and also offer telehealth throughout the week. I am here to listen and guide you through your issues with expert knowledge and understanding around mental health. I specalise in childhood trauma, anxiety and depression. My passion is to help young adults navigate through the many issues that they can face and to show people that with the right help your mental health can improve.
