My name is Lotte, I work with teenagers, adults and elderly clients, specializing in childhood trauma/PTSD, anxiety and depression. I have a background in family counselling and find it very meaningful to explore intergenerational or parenting issues with my clients! I provide EMDR and Schema therapy and CBT for depression and anxiety. Recently I improved my skills in therapies to elderly (65+) clients, by providing more flexibility, being family- and support orientated. I would also like to see you if body image/low self-esteem, sexuality and gender issues are a challenge. I have been told I am a friendly and genuine psychologist!

I specialise in ADHD Assessment and therapeutic intervention. I am a general psychologist and a sport's tragic, with a passion for Australian cricket and for the St. George-Illawarra Dragons NRL team. My work focuses on diagnostic assessment and treatment for neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and Autism in school-aged children, teens, and adults. My assessments are not only informed by interviews but also by testing that makes comparisons with people of similar age and gender to help inform whether the behaviours represent "full" ADHD, autism, only traits of the condition, or are masking other areas of concern.

I believe it is important to work with clients - not dictate to them. My preferred treatment method is to focus on the areas that you want to work on. I believe a partnership not a prescription is important. Sticking to values means more than putting them on a website - it means actually living them. I am genuine, open and also have a sense of humour (though it is twisted/cynical/dark). I work best when clients feel comfortable, if that means we swear a lot in session - I am happy to make that sacrifice! I work clients across many areas from complex trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression and workplace issues.

Hi, I am a warm, informal and collaborative clinical psychologist. My approach looks at both present concerns and past experiences. These may or may not be connected but in either way, can leave us feeling stuck, low, anxious or helpless. Together we can look at what is bothering you, explore where it began and what you would like to change or do differently. If you aren't sure what's wrong, but feel that something just isn't quite right we can work on what may be underlying your feelings and beliefs about yourself and others. By making connections, change becomes possible.

My aim is to build a therapeutic relationship with you that will support you to be your best self. I firmly believe that success comes in many shapes and sizes and the road to success will often times be full of bumps, U-turns, and forks. How we navigate through these challenges is key – and I aim to support you in facing these challenges to get to your end goal. It’s important in this journey that we do not shy away from negative emotions – so we will work together to better understand these and acknowledge them and their role in our journey. I like to use a variety of therapeutic techniques in sessions, with the focus being you.
