The first step to getting help is the hardest. When you feel vulnerable, it's difficult to know who to trust. This can make us anxious, fearing the worst, or worried, wondering if our situation will be seen as trivial. All of those are valid feelings. Imagine stepping into a space where you feel safe, heard, and deeply understood and having someone gently guide you through a journey of self-discovery, highlighting the aspects of yourself that empower and uplift you as you work through the things troubling you.

I see a lot of clients who have recently been diagnosed with Autism or ADHD, and assist in understanding their strengths as well as things that they may need to take into consideration. As well as this, I see many children who are experiencing challenges in attending school, and fitting in with their peers, adolescents who are experiencing academic pressure, young adults who are moving from adolescence to adulthood and navigating the changed expectations and relationships that come with this, and adults with a variety of concerns big and small.

Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)? If so, you're in the right place. I support fellow HSPs to navigate being sensitive in an often insensitive world. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, persistent tension, self-criticism or navigating the impact of life transitions, I'd be honoured to support you. Reclaim self care, foster a self-kind relationship, and feel more at peace in your body and mind.
