Leah is particularly interested in working with eating disorders and body image concerns, as well as, anxiety disorders, trauma, and interpersonal/relational difficulties. Leah strives to provide a safe space for clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, guide clients to and equip them with the necessary skills, to enable them to manage their symptoms and unique difficulties, and address ongoing problematic patterns.

Beyond my clinical experience, I have co-facilitated a DBT group therapy program, been a telephone counsellor for the Gambling Helpline and the Alcohol and Drug Information Service, been a University tutor, worked in a hospital setting and I’ve been a guest on The Hook Up on Triple J a number of times talking about mental health issues.
