I am an integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor who aims to help my clients through the integration of evidence-based therapies. With experience in relational issues, childhood sexual abuse, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and many other areas, I aim to work collaboratively with my clients to not just listen or offer advice but to work together towards sustainable change with empathy and compassions of my clients experiences within the world.

The team at Functional Minds Psychology is led by principal psychologist, Isaac Lee. Isaac is a generally registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA). He has also previously been a committee member for the Melbourne branch of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Isaac’s passion for the field of psychology comes from wanting to help people, to have a positive impact on those he interacts with, and to always be learning more about people, the brain, and the world.

I work with a variety of clients, and focus on helping those who are struggling with major life transitions. Dr Peter Eide has extensive experience in psychological treatment mainly with adolescent and adult men that have depression, anxiety and addiction, though he also works with women. Unlike other psychologists who are just out of university Peter has been working in this field since 2002 and has been employed in youth mental health, alcohol and drug services, community health services and a university.

As a Clinical Psychologist with additional specialist training in Family Therapy Maree has undergone extensive training to help her understand, prevent and relieve distress. She has over 15yrs experience in the private & public mental health care industry where she has provided individual, couple and family therapy to clients aged 6–80yrs. Her approach respects that the needs of each client will be unique and can't be simplified by a generic diagnosis or treated in a generic way. Therefore, every client will be afforded the opportunity to be listened to deeply at their own pace and following an assessment offered tailored treatment.
