I am a Clinical Psychologist, Board-Approved supervisor, and trained EMDR therapist who works with people experiencing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, low mood, and difficulties stemming from stressful or traumatic life experiences. I provide EMDR and DBT-informed therapy to older adolescents and adults with difficulties regulating their emotions and behaviours, often where there have been traumatic events in their background. I am formally trained in a number of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, Attachment-Informed EMDR, Schema Therapy, and DBT (for adults and adolescents).

I am currently fully booked and unable to take on new patients. My psychotherapeutic practice opens a vital place where an individual's speech, and sometimes their silence, can be generated and heard. Matters that carry such urgency —sadness, despair, anguish, but also joy and pleasure— are understood within this approach as always profoundly individual, demanding to be met in their singularity. Together we work to allow new perspectives to emerge, new lives to be made.
