As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist I have a number of techniques and theories in my 'tool box'. One approach does not all, each person is unique therefore my job is to find the right one for you. I value client's autonomy and believe that our body and mind has an innate wisdom that can guide us, we just need to learn how to (re)connect with it.
