Lisa is the principal psychologist at Venn Health, whose goal is to support clients through their individual challenges. Lisa aims to provide a warm, comfortable, and non-judgemental environment to foster a therapeutic partnership that works for you. Lisa is interested in working with a diverse range of clients, including adults and couples. She has an interest in working with people experiencing stress, anxiety, interpersonal and self-esteem difficulties, adjustment, workplace issues, depressed or low mood, adjustment, couples and relationship counselling.
Experienced with a range of evidence-based interventions: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Couples Therapy (Level 1 trained), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, to help her clients understand and manage their emotions and behaviour to improve their wellbeing and relationships.
She also has expertise developing and providing workshops on a range of topics including resilience, wellbeing, leadership, workplace issues, communication, conflict, change, career planning, performance, goal-setting and personal effectiveness.
