Do you need guidance, therapy, companionship, help to grieve, to feel heartache, to cry, to decide? A wise perspective, a dependable leaning post? Someone to walk with you by the river? Do you want to make your offering to your tribe and need help to find them? Most saliently, most poignantly, do you seek help to court your wild twin, your Soul? Do you prefer the pain of change to the pain of staying the same? If so, in earnest you are ready.
I offer 1:1 sessions and I run a 12-week group psychotherapy, which is the best therapy in town, aside from jumping in the sea, playing soccer or breathwork. I do offer 1:1 therapy, but I tend to think of it as companioning, because it's possible that there's nothing wrong in your life. You may just be experiencing western alienation from soul, tribe, land.
I've been in therapy myself, for many years. I know what it feels like to seek support and guidance. You'll want to know my vibe.
