Hi there, I am Tristan, and I am particularly interested in working with clients with ADHD as I personally relate to the challenges of living with ADHD. Through a strength-based approach, I aim to guide client’s towards developing healthier strategies to live fulfilling and balanced lives.

I appreciate the uniqueness of each one of my clients and strive to implement evidence-based treatment plans that utilises the client’s various strengths. Through our therapeutic journey, I hope to create a safe environment, one where we can share laughter, sadness, and the whole range of emotions together.
