I have expertise in working with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, grief, and stress, as well as many other issues. I am trained in a variety of contemporary interventions including CBT, ACT, EMDR, schema therapy, Gottman therapy, and schema therapy for couples.
