My name is Travis Luttrull and I am a licensed Therapist in the great states of Montana, Utah, Idaho, and all of Australia. Strictly an online format, all you need is an internet connection to experience the benefits of Therapy. My virtual office aims to help those suffering from OCD, Anxiety, & motivation/wellness. My experience stems from working with young men, adults, and my fellow Veteran community.
I have mainly worked with young adults, men, and Veterans. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
Through the use of Psychotherapy and ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), you can expect to be challenged, given activity-based worksheets, and learn new skills to 'unhook' from difficult thoughts and emotions, so you can live a life as meaningful as you want it to be.
