Transformative Health Coaching has been borne out of my commitment to change the approach to eating, exercise & perception of fitness. I have intentionally stepped away from traditional clinical treatment towards a preventative model of health. I offer my clients a personalised diet and exercise health plan that has been customised based on their unique bio-medical data to get the best outcomes and on-going coaching and counselling support to help overcome any mental/emotional barriers that might stand in the way of their success
Caring for people through medicine has always been my passion and my professional work as a Doctor & Trauma surgeon for over 20 years. Since arriving in Australia, I am a Counsellor & Psychotherapist and I am an NLP practitioner. This has given me a deeper understanding of human behaviours and the patterns that keep us unhealthy.
