We all experience times in our life when things just don’t seem to be going our way or we can’t see a way forward. You may be feeling overwhelmed, unmotivated or experiencing feelings of anxiety or low moods. It could be relationship issues, time for a lifestyle change or that “I just can’t quite put my finger on it” feeling. That’s where I come in. I want to provide you with a safe space to share your story, find clarity and insight, and start moving forward. I am a PACFA Clinically registered Counsellor and I have a passion for people and promoting a healthy mind and body.
I have diverse life skills and experience assisting with a range of mental health concerns. I have worked with Young People, Adolescents, Adults and families for over 29 years through Mental Health Services, Drug and Alcohol, Youth Justice, and Education.
I am a person-centred, strengths-based therapist who has an eclectic and creative approach. I use a number of tools dependant on issues presented. I approach each session with an open mind and without judgement. I love working with people and empowering them to work towards a positive and healthy life whilst supporting them to reach their full potential.
