I'm a registered integrative psychotherapist working with individuals and couples to find other ways of being that bring ease, connection and lead to a more fulfilling life. Whether you're facing particular challenges like anxiety, childhood trauma, low mood, grief or loss, want more enriching relationships, or seeking deeper self-understanding and self-awareness, psychotherapy can be a supportive and powerful tool. I have specific interest and deep understanding in working with clients with childhood trauma, experiencing anxiety and burnout and navigating life transitions in professional and personal life.

I am informed by somatic (body-based) therapy, processwork psychotherapy, parts work (IFS), polyvagal theory and trauma-informed frameworks.
