Many of our clients have complicated lives. They sometimes struggle with fitting in and finding their place in the world. Others have gone through traumatic and painful childhoods, or had traumatising experiences in adulthood. Most have been to therapy many times, but have not quite found what they were looking for. Sometimes they don't really even know what they're looking for, but they do want something to change.
Our psychologists have expertise in attachment, identity, trauma, neurodiverse affirming practice, and parenting. We work well across cultures, with experience in regional settings. We are an LGBTQI+ safe space. Our psychologists take a whole-of-life approach, applying techniques and approaches based on the needs of the person we're sitting with.
Life can be pretty confusing, and we can't always figure it out on our own. Through connection, listening and reflection, we can help you untangle some of the mess. We're ready when you are.
