As the senior clinician I am a trained psychiatric services specialist with treatment modalities that include EMDR, CBT, and DBT. I am also a holistic care therapist. I am proficient in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), which has been shown to be the most effective treatment to manage symptoms of distress, inability to regulate and trauma symptoms. I am also Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained; This treatment modality is highly effective and suitable for all ages and mental health conditions.
My current passion is working with people in emotional turmoil, who are reaching out to recover. I am available online or face to face and the practice includes support options that include utilising canine assisted therapy . I have two poodles, Django and Alfi, who would also love to meet you!
